Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your ShopSmart account, go to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include all tags, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
